- i ALWAYS message a commissioner with progress and various updates. communication is key.

- getting the commission done usually takes time, and i ask you to be patient. various situations may come up and slow down the process, but the commission always gets done. please DO tell me if you want the commission done in a specific schedule or till a specific day.

- i DO NOT take refunds once the commission is already in process, or after it's done. i do refunds only after a long period of time in which the commission hasn't been worked on yet.

- i accept the payment through PAYPAL or through credit card payment. i also have a KO-FI.
